The DSS Rhoers were able to assist today, DSS had the honor of hosting their 3rd Annual Rhoyal Baby Shower. Serving 15 expecting mothers this year, we were deeply moved by the incredible stories each mother shared. The event was a beautiful reminder of the strength, resilience, and hope within our community. We are grateful to have been part of such a special day, offering support, love, and care to these amazing mothers-to-be as they embark on this new journey. Happy Black History Month! All of Greensboro knows to also say Happy February 1 as well… On February 1, 1960, North Carolina A&T University 4 students carried out the infamous lunch counter sit-in at the F.W. Woolworth store. An outdoor statue of the four brave men marks their place in our nation’s Civil Rights history. Today, the Delta Sigma Sigma Chapter Rhoer Club held their Rhoer round up and presented their additions to the our Modern Day Black History Museum.
